The strength of a leader isn't found in their individual abilities, but rather in the strengths and weaknesses of the people they bring around them.  Tom has 20 years of experience architecting and designing large systems, so when something comes across his desk as an issue, it is very neglected and broken.  This is why we gave him the title "Janitor".  

Hi, Brian Walter here. What have I learned in my 25 years of professional corporate workstation, network, server engineering, and a side of programming experience? Nothing. Well, that’s not exactly true I suppose. I have learned that the more I learn, the less I know. This has brought a sense of peace and tranquility to life as I no longer am held to the stringent requirements of having to know everything and can fully admit I know nothing. Don’t get me wrong, I am very good at what I do, but have the patience and understanding to realize not everything is an immediate emergency, or too complicated, or in a state of unchanging immobility. Cooler heads usually prevail. I try to apply this philosophy to all aspects of life, much to the chagrin of my wife and kids. I even try to use it in hockey, looking for the angle rather than always using force. In all things, I try to keep an open mind, but not so wide my brain falls out. 

Rob has over 16 years of Healthcare field experience wearing many hats from IT Systems Administrator, Environmental Services, Security Director, Licensed Administrator, OG, and more.  His list of successful projects and achieved goals is long and illustrious.  Rob moved this next chapter of his career into IT because it is the backbone of quality Healthcare programs that achieve excellence in patient care while maintaining compliance and cost effectiveness.  His experience in customer service, compliance, facility security, life safety, and risk management gives him perspective and helps our clients achieve high standards.  Rob stays up to date on the latest technologies, threats, and protocols so that our clients' operations are robust and secure.  Rob is committed and takes great pride in excellence and respect in all that we do.

Rob is married and a father of three children.  He loves his pets, music, art, pop culture, and anything vintage, especially collectibles.  His love of technology started back in the days of the 16-bit NES gaming system and The Legend of Zelda.  From there, he honed his nerd skills starting with Windows 95, a 28.8KBps dial-up modem, and Netscape. 

In 1989, Andrew opened his one man show called Ronald & I detailing his life long quest to portray the fast food chain clown icon.  The show lasted on Broadway 7 hours before being closed due to a serious accident with broccoli that nearly killed a guest.  As an engineer and in life, Andrew has a particular set of skills, unfortunately nobody seems to know what they are, not even Andrew.  When not thinking about networks and PowerShell Foo, Andrew enjoys goat herding, playing the alphorn, and yodeling.  Sometimes we hear him practicing in the server room with the door closed.

Andrew is ecstatic about working for The IT Firm because of the amazing teamwork.  He can count on his comrades to help him in anything, including when he missed the deadline for his bio because he was slaying dragons in the world of IT gone wrong.  We got you Andrew.  Teamwork makes the dream work.
