Our Story
Our company was founded to address a growing problem in the managed IT services industry. Small and mid-sized companies are becoming reliant on their IT infrastructure to do business effectively and the cost and complexity of network infrastructure becomes overwhelming quick for business leaders. IT in today's world of advancing network capability and ever-increasing cyber security risks requires a team of credible resources with a broad range of expertise and skills. Our competitors solve this problem with consistency. They make the networks the same regardless of your business needs and budget so that they can train their revolving staff. Attrition in managed service providers is a real problem with IT staff commonly moving on in their field on average every 6-12 months. Our model is different. We founded this company on the principles of giving our clients what they need and attracting and retaining top-quality talent. We wanted the opportunity to do the job right without forcing our clients into tiered service models and cookie-cutter designs.
The IT Firm was founded in 2018 with a vision of setting ourselves apart from the cookie-cutter managed service provider world and creating a secure environment for both our clients and staff. We have accomplished many feats since the fruition of the the IT Firm and we do not plan to stop. We have over 140 years of experience across a staff of eight. It's working... for our clients and for us. Our clients are benefiting from an improved technology landscape within a short time of working with us. We're dismayed by how askew some of our new clients are led by MSP's or internal staff not trained for the challenge of leading IT in the right direction. We love what we do, and we're proud of the improvements we've made in our client base. We do what's right to help our clients achieve their goals.
